The Star Wars actor died of corona at the age of 70

Gary Friedkin has died, exhausted by the disease caused by the coronavirus.

Actor Gary Friedkin has died at the age of 70 in a hospital in Youngstown, Ohio, on December 2. Friedkin’s obituary he died of the disease caused by the corona virus after being in intensive care at the hospital for almost a month.

Friedkin is best remembered for his role as the Ewok alien character in Star Wars: Episode VI – Return of the Jedi (1983). He also played Clarence in the Happy Days TV series, among other things.

His last film role was the 2016 comedy Mother’s Day, in which he starred Julia Roberts, Kate Hudson and Jennifer Aniston.

– Gary lived his life to the fullest, bringing endless laughter to his family and many friends, and he never let obstacles get in his way, the obituary says.

– Although Gary may have been short, he was a giant among his family and friends. His legacy lives on as his stories are told again and again by all who loved him.

The obituary states that Friedkin died peacefully in a hospice with his brother and sister-in-law by his side.

The 122-centimeter-tall Friedkin was an active member of the Little People of America organization, according to the obituary. His family has established a scholarship fund at Youngstown University for the disabled and those who focus on the performing arts in their studies.

In his younger years, Friedkin showed talent as a piano and percussionist. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in music from Youngstown University.

Friedkin was born on November 23, 1952 in Youngstown.
