2009 Eurovision winner Alexander Rybak tells on Tiktok how he was supposed to make new music this year and plan a future tour.

Rybak says he’s now dealing with stalking issues while trying to focus on music.
Rybak won Eurovision in 2009 with the song Fairytale. To repeat, he took part in the competition in 2018, but the result was poor. Rybak’s ranking in the final was 15th.
