The sports justice standard reappears: penalties only after the College of Guarantee

The rule on sports justice comes back surprisingly and enters the decree that the Council of Ministers approved a little while ago. The ranking of the championships can be changed on the basis of the decisions, see penalties, of the sports trials, only at the end of the sports justice process, i.e. after the pronouncement of the Guarantee College. Sports minister Andrea Abodi said so in the post-Cdm press conference.

The crackdown against fictitious capital gains has also been confirmed with the possibility of paying taxes in installments only on the part of the business that provides for a cash flow. To access this benefit, it will be necessary for the transferred “property” (i.e. the player) to be employed by the club for two years. On the other hand, the rule on mandates has been removed: it was decided to wait for the verdict of the Constitutional Court which should arrive in the first days of July.
