Peter is a career lawyer, has a new partner, a small child, a harmonious life. But the son of the first marriage, a teenager, is suffering, a decision must be made.
After The Fathertaken from his own successful piece, Zeller repeats the operation and closes the trilogy (there is also the theatrical text The Mother).
The drama once again leaves no way out: and if the cause of the young man’s malaise seems to reside, according to the principle of cause and effect, in the never really digested separation of the parents, the father’s inability to understand is all in the main scene with attribution of responsibility to the patriarch (Anthony Hopkins) .
