Sixteen thousand euros a year. That is the minimum salary contemplated in the collective agreement signed in 2019, obviously marked according to other circumstances. Now, despite the fact that the situation is clearly different, that continues to be the figure defended by the League as fair to their football players. And they have had enough.
Through the five unions present in women’s football (FUTPRO, AFE, FutbolistasOn, CCOO and UGT), the players have issued a statement where denounce that “after several months and a multitude of meetings, still could not advance at no point of interest [del convenio colectivo]”What’s more, they emphasize that they have only received negative answers by the employers (League F), “who, in addition to delaying decision-making, has also delayed delivery of documentation necessary”.
The players express their total and absolute rejection of the proposal made by the F League. They are the true protagonists and must have a salary that allows them to live in this profession with dignity. #futfemsalariodigno #futfemcollective agreement pic.twitter.com/FaGcAEopld

The economic proposal of the F League regarding wages is continuous. Starting from the €16,000 established in the current agreement, agree to increase it by 500 next season. And, as regards the projection of the coming years, they propose 17,500 the season 23-24 and 19,000 the 24-25. The unions radically oppose this proposal and demand a final minimum wage of 30,000 in three years with retroactive effect.
The unions base their demands on the budgeted income for the next five years: 35 million for audiovisual rights and 42 million for commercial assets, in addition to an injection of 22.5 million CSD in aid to the clubs to improve the facilities during the first three seasons.

Seeing as the talks and negotiations are getting nowhere, all the soccer players in the national competition have decided to act. That is why before the matches of this day, the last on the calendar, the players will cover the F League shield present on the right sleeve of the shirts in the official photo before the match. As long as things are not resolved in the offices, they are convinced to claim their rights from the grass.
