On Thursday, it became clear that Tuto, who plays in Mestis, is one of the clubs that applied for a league license.
The Norwegian Hockey League announced earlier in the fall that it will accept license applications from clubs outside the League for the 2024–25 season. Right after that, Kiekko-Espoo confirmed that they are applying for a place in the Liiga.
