Singer Evelina, 27, published a series of candid photos of herself on her Instagram account. In the first two pictures, she poses for the camera with a slight smile, but the third one is different.
In the photo, the singer is sitting on a blue bench that appears to be in a public place. A pale Evelina gives the camera a thumbs up as a sign that everything is fine after the panic attack.

Evelina’s Instagram post is part of a public discussion and an effort to show that a panic attack is a normal thing, albeit an unpleasant one.

Artist using the name Evelina Eveliina Tammenlaakso became known on The Voice of Finland program in 2012. His artist career took off in 2015, and he has received double platinum for his songs.
