The seventh dead dog washes up in Oostduinkerke

This week the phenomenon reared its head again and the number of dogs washed ashore rose from three to six in just a few days. For the first time, the finds were not limited to Ostend, but Nieuwpoort also had to deal with a dead dog. One hypothesis is that the dogs died in the floods in the Westhoek and the water drove them to the sea. That seems unlikely to the police because there have been no reports of missing dogs.
