Again, we are talking about an herb that everyone who has tasted it raves about. Also a chef Risto Mikkola wants to highlight this good and aromatic herb, i.e. lippita or liper. It is an old traditional plant that used to be a familiar sight in the yards of houses.

– Lipstick has possibilities for anything. For example, its taste suits a fatty fish like this very well. Let’s release the lipstick from the meat soup, where it is most often added, Mikkola laughs.

You can’t mistake the taste of the lipstick, even though it’s a bit reminiscent of celery and leek. In addition to its strong taste, it has a strong smell.

You can really use lipstick for vegetarian dishes instead of a stock cube. The lipstick works well both fresh and dried.

You can engrave fish with self-made lipstick salt, just the whitefish mentioned by Mikkola.

12 hours is enough to carve a thin whiting, but the fish can be in salt for a day as well.

Tasting salt brings variety to the engraving.

Lipstick salt in particular is popular with many people and influencers in the food industry. It is actually praised.
