The sales period for Kimi Räikkönen’s holiday villa has stretched – This is what the luxurious property looks like

Ex-formula driver Kimi Räikkönen the luxurious cottage in Tahko doesn’t seem to sell.

Etuovi.com still has Sales ad from a 351-square-meter villa built in 2008, whose asking price is 948,000 euros. The request has remained the same throughout the sales period. The sale of the property was originally reported first Savon Sanomat a year ago in June.

Based on the pictures, it can be concluded that the villa is in its original condition.

The vacation spot on Tahkovuori has not been a bad investment for Räikkönen, as he bought it 13 years ago for just under a million euros.

The property tax for a 2,247-square-meter plot is 3,317.78 euros per year. Current expenses include heating, water and waste fees, which add up to around 650 euros on a monthly basis.

Räikkönen, 43, retired from the F1 series in 2021. He lives with his family in Switzerland.
