King Willem-Alexander and Queen Máxima offered a dinner at Huis ten Bosch Palace on Tuesday evening, March 29, to all members of the government of the Rutte IV cabinet and their partners, on the occasion of the new cabinet taking office. The dinner took place in the Oranjezaal of Huis ten Bosch Palace.
Since the Rutte IV cabinet took office, the King has been receiving all individual ministers and state secretaries for an acquaintance, whether or not renewed. Like these introductory talks the dinner expresses the role of the King as a member of the government and the bond between the King and the cabinet.
