It’s raining political comebacks. Socialist veterans Willy Claes (85) and Louis Tobback (85) return to a Hasselt and Flemish list. At Groen, Mieke Vogels (69) pushes the Antwerp parliamentary list and in Limburg Jan Peumans (72) does so with the Flemish N-VA list. Is this political innovation?
