Elaboration
Put the eggs and sugar in the bowl. Beat at maximum speed for 6-7 minutes (with a mixer) until the mixture has increased a lot in size and its color is whitish.
Lower the speed to medium intensity and add the milk first and then the melted butter.
Once the milk and butter are integrated, lower the speed to a minimum and gradually add the flour and yeast. If you are afraid that there will be balls of flour, you can sift through a sieve.
With the dough ready, grease a heart-shaped mold with release spray or spread with butter and sprinkled flour. Then, put it in the oven at 170ºC with heat up and down without a fan.
When the oven is hot, bake for approximately 42 minutes. The time always depends on each oven and the thickness and size of the cake. After that time, check if it is done by pricking it with a metal rod. If it comes out clean, it can be removed. Let cool before unmolding.
When the cake is cold, whip the cream. Put the liquid cream with half the icing sugar in the container where you are going to mount it. Start beating slowly so that the sugar does not come out fired and gradually increase the speed. When the cream is halfway assembled, add the rest of the sugar and continue beating until solid, always being careful not to overdo it because it will turn into butter.
Cut the cake in half. Take the part of the sponge cake that will serve as the base of the cake and spread it first with the strawberry jam and then, with the help of a pastry bag, put a good layer of cream on top.
With the layer of cream finished, place the other part of the sponge on top and spread it with strawberry jam. Go putting strips of cream from the bottom up, all over the side of the cake. Then, make a last line of cream on top, coinciding with the edge of the side lines.
