Radio host Summer Hartlin in July that she is divorcing Jussi Mäntysaari after 12 years together.
Hartlin now says on Instagram that he is taking a break from his radio work. The reason, he says, is that his head didn’t really “keep up” due to events in his personal life.
– When I’m stressed, I fall asleep first. And then the appetite. And soon the package will be ready, Hartlin write on Instagram.
Hartlin says that he got conversational help, that he organized his thoughts, that he goes for long runs, takes a sauna and listens to a lot of music.
At the same time, he thanks for all the messages.
– Oh yes, I also bought a nice new blanket and a diffuser, so sleep will soon find me. I’ll be fine soon. Maybe next week back on the radio, who knows.
