The Rasmus made the audience cheer at the Eurovision semi-finals in Turin.
EBU / CORINNE CUMMING
Finland’s Eurovision representative The Rasmus did not have the best possible lottery when it had to perform in the fourth half of the visa opening round. The end when there would be a better place.
The Rasmus himself was not bothered by this on the gigantic stage of Pala Alpitour but The Jezebel sounds handsome in the big Arena.
As in the semi-finals, the audience mumbled especially at the chorus.
The Rasmus show was, of course, similar to the semi-finals.
EBU / CORINNE CUMMING
It started as a soloist Lauri Ylönen standing with a balloon in his hand. Lauri’s gaze and balloon reminded me of a spooky Pennywise clown.
The camera races performed better this time than in the semi-finals and Lauri’s head didn’t cut off like it did on Thursday.
Lauri’s song also went much better in rehearsals a few weeks ago.
There was also an improvement over Thursday’s semi-finals.
Guitarist Emppu Suhonendrummer Aki Hakala and bassist Eero Heinonen were also in their element on the big stage.
