The Radio Nova festival will be missed this year.
Last year, the Radio Nova festival was organized for the first time in Suvilahti, Helsinki. The Radio Nova festival will not be organized next summer.
Radio Nova’s content director Hermanni Seppälä says the reason is that the summer is full of big events, and Radio Nova is a partner in some of these events.
These giant events include, for example Bruce Springsteen concert and Coldplay’s four concerts at the Helsinki Olympic Stadium.

According to Seppälä, the Radio Nova festival will take place again in 2025, and more information about the matter, such as the venue, will be announced next fall.
In Suvilahti, the festival probably cannot be organized due to construction work.
The two-day Radio Nova festival last year featured, among others, Adam Lambert, Kuumaa, Juha Tapio, Anastacia, Elastinen and Samu Haber.
Jason Derulo and the Black Eyed Peas, on the other hand, canceled their performances.
The festival was organized last year by Kalle Keskinen Loud’n Live Promotions. The company said at the end of last month that it applied for corporate reorganization.
