The princely couple of Monaco published their Christmas card photo

The best has been put on in Monaco.

Monaco’s royal twins have a delightful Christmas tradition. PDO

The princely couple of Monaco have published their Christmas card photo on the palace’s official Instagram account.

In the picture, Prince Albert, Princess Charlene and the 8-year-old twins, Prince Jacques and Princess Gabriella pose in front of a plush Christmas tree.

The family is dressed in their best: Charlene wears a long black dress and gold jewelry, Albert wears a suit and tie, Jacques wears a jacket, collared shirt and straight pants, while Gabriella wears an evening dress with a tulle skirt, heeled sandals and a gold headband.

The style of the Christmas card image in all its solemnity is something completely different from, for example, the very summery and relaxed Christmas card image of Prince William’s family.

The princely family of Monaco has now spent Christmas together. Their traditions include, among other things, that children leave cookies and milk for the elf and grass and water for his reindeer on the eve. On Christmas morning, the family gathers around the tree to open presents.

It was different a year ago, when Charlene spent Christmas in a Swiss care facility, separated from her family.
