Allsång på Skansen, which is also popular in Finland, will be launched again on TV1 next Tuesday at 9 p.m.
Program presenter Sanna Nielsen has announced this season as his last.
– I say goodbye to someone what I love to do. Still, my decision feels right. I know that this summer will once again be the funniest summer in the world, Nielsen tells the news agency TT.
The ensemble program Allsång på Skansen has been performed since 1935. The Swedish broadcaster SVT began broadcasting in 1979. For the last two years, Skansen has had a limited audience, but now this year the audience will be able to reach Skansen normally again.
The program is so popular that it attracts thousands of viewers to the venue.
Nielsen has been in the program since 2016. In addition to him, the presidents of the program have won the Eurovision Song Contest Måns Zelmerlöw, Petra Marklund and Lasse Berghagen.
