The popular cheese dip disappeared from the shops

Santa Maria Dip Nacho Cheese Style cheese dip has disappeared from store shelves.

Iltalehti’s readers have been wondering for several weeks now, where Santa Maria’s Nacho Cheese Style Dip has disappeared from the stores. One reader says that he searched for his favorite dip in up to five different stores, but without success.

We asked the manufacturer where the cheese dip has disappeared to, and if it has perhaps been discontinued.

– Manufacturing of the product has not been stopped. Regarding the Santa Maria Dip Nacho Cheese Style product, there have been challenges in the supply chain, and because of this, unfortunately, the product has not been able to be delivered for a while, says Paulig’s commercial manager Pia Teir.

However, Teiri has good news for those craving a dip.

– Production is underway and the estimated delivery time to stores is between February and March.

According to Teir, the cheese dip is very popular and has remained a lasting favorite of consumers for a long time.

In recent years, Texmex food has become a favorite especially among families with children. Most often, tortillas with different fillings end up on the table, but there are also other options. Try, for example, delicious quesadillas filled with cheese or an irresistibly delicious tortilla pie filled with minced meat. A popular weekend treat is also a nacho plate, the fillings of which can be easily varied according to your own taste.

In September, Paulig announced the recall regarding the cheese dip, when a bacterial observation was confirmed in a single production batch. As a precaution, all production batches were recalled.
