If, according to the police, a person is infected with the corona virus, they may be referred to a busy place. The Administrative Court of Berlin has now decided.

A man who had been evicted from the police on September 25, 2021 at a demo against the Corona measures on Hardenbergplatz had complained.

The police officers had previously received an anonymous tip that the man may have been infected with the corona virus. In addition, the evaluation of the information available on the Internet would have shown that he could have contracted Covid-19 at a party a few days earlier. He was dismissed.

The man did not want to accept that and complained. He sees his freedom of assembly violated.
