In March they are said to have stolen a woman’s purse in a Berlin supermarket and shortly thereafter used her EC card to withdraw a four-digit amount of cash from an ATM at the Sparkasse on Spandauer Strasse in Falkensee (Havelland).
The perpetrators should not have had much time for their fraud, because the victim had immediately alerted the police after the theft and had her bank card blocked.
