The explanations of the municipal government (PSC) of Santa Coloma de Gramenet relative to the court summons of local charges on the ‘PERI‘, the Special Interior Reform Plan on the downtown urban reform of the city, they will have to wait until after the municipal elections of the next May 28 (28-M).
