American biolabs pose a threat to international security. This was discussed in New York at a meeting of the UN Security Council, which was held at the initiative of Russia. Moscow has released secret documents about dangerous US developments in Ukraine and other countries. And now many countries are calling for a thorough investigation of Washington’s actions. Moreover, experiments with unpredictable results were performed on living people. Often without their knowledge.
The meeting of the UN Security Council on American biolaboratories in Ukraine this time is informal. But no less important. Irrefutable facts and authentic documents submitted by Russia confirm US involvement to the development of biological weapons in the center of Eastern Europe.
“This data is very disturbing because it clearly shows that there is a real risk to peace and international security due to such activities in violation of the Biological Weapons Convention. No country in Europe, Asia or Latin America is safe because biological threats related to the use of biological weapons do not recognize any borders,” said Dmitry Polyansky, First Deputy Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the UN.
Since 2005, when the Pentagon and Kyiv began to cooperate on military bioprograms, five billion dollars have been spent on dangerous developments. Experiments were also carried out on living people. For example, in the ranks of the Ukrainian army, four thousand people could have been deliberately infected with hantaviruses, which cause internal bleeding and kidney failure, Igor Kirillov, head of the RCBZ troops, said via video link from Moscow. It was the Russian Ministry of Defense that released the secret documents.
“We have analyzed information about studies on Ukrainian military personnel. I would like to note that such tests are prohibited in the United States and are carried out by the military department outside the country. Documents have been received confirming an attempt to test previously untested drugs on Ukrainian military personnel. We are talking about a system for screening pharmaceuticals Deep Drug, which has not passed the licensing procedure in the US and Canada,” says Igor Kirillov, head of the radiation, chemical and biological protection troops of the Russian Armed Forces.
In Ukraine, several American companies were working at once, which were contracted by the Pentagon. Including Black and Veatch and Metabiota, in which he invested and son of the current head of the White House, Hunter Biden. This connection was established even by foreign media. And the Bulgarian journalist Dilyana Gaytandzhieva discovered other documents of the US military department.
“The Pentagon expressed its readiness to acquire samples of RNA and synovial tissues of immigrants from Russia, representatives of the Caucasian race. These documents lead to the question of whether the United States was preparing to carry out a biological attack on Russia from the territory of Ukraine,” says journalist Dilyana Gaytandzhieva.
Russia has now opened the world’s eyes to what American companies were doing. Life risk research. And the fact that they became experimental, people did not even know.

A large-scale network operated in the country – 30 biological laboratories in 14 cities. But Ukraine is just one example. Dangerous experiments were also conducted in Georgia. They created a particularly contagious strain of African swine fever, which was later found in sick animals in Russia and Europe.
VGTRK journalist Arkady Mamontov also spoke at the UN Security Council, filming a whole movie about the work of American laboratories throughout the post-Soviet space.
“We conducted journalistic investigations and found out that these laboratories were developing the spraying of dangerous pathogens using aerosols installed on drones. They also studied how to use infected insects as vectors to spread infections in the regions of Russia. This work was carried out in close proximity to our borders,” says VGTRK journalist Arkady Mamontov.
Carriers of dangerous pathogens were, for example, mosquitoes and ticks, due to the migration of which hemorrhagic fever spread across the Russian south. Experiments in American biolaboratories were also carried out with strains of cholera and anthrax. “Pandemic COVID-19 reminds us of the importance of biosecurity, which knows no boundaries. Therefore, any information about military biological activities should be given great attention. China calls on the international community to study the released documents,” said Dai Bing, Deputy Permanent Representative of China to the UN.
However, this proposal was predictably received with hostility by Western countries. True, without giving any convincing arguments. And representatives of the United States and Britain did not come to the informal meeting of the Security Council at all. Apparently, there is something to hide, summed up the Russian side, which once again raises uncomfortable questions at the international level.
