For many North Hollanders, the holiday is over, others are still going. Yet there is a holiday in the memory that you will never forget. What is your most memorable vacation?
The school holidays are over and that means back to school or to work for many. Maybe you have enjoyed a wonderful time on the beach, the campsite or just in the backyard in recent months. For others, the holiday is just starting and they can enjoy the nice weather. However, not all holidays run smoothly. Arriving in a filthy apartment, only rain, getting food poisoning or breaking down with the car.
Car breakdown
Car trouble, that’s what quite a few Dutch people had last summer. At the emergency center of the ANWB more than 900,000 reports have been received of Dutch people with breakdowns at home and abroad. The number of damage reports was exceptionally high, mainly due to the severe weather that ravaged Europe.
