The 2021 missi will give its advice to the future winners of the competition.
The Miss Finland 2022 final is currently underway in Helsinki in the White Hall.
Before the start of the finals, Iltalehti caught up with Miss Finland 2021 Essi Unkur for an interview. Along with Unkur, last year’s heirloom princesses are also on the spot, exciting the competition Emmi Suuronen and Sonja Länsivuori.
Unkuri, who is giving up his crown today, describes the atmosphere of the evening as good, if wistful.
– Then, when the crown is taken off the head, a tear might well fall, he smiles.
– But on the other hand, sometimes it’s someone else’s turn. And this is just the beginning for me too.
During his representative year, Unkuri has, among other things, worked in several modeling and shooting jobs, hosted a TV program and debuted on reality TV.
Unkuri says that he is especially grateful for his reality TV experiences – during the year, he has participated in the filming of the Survivor and Farmi reality shows.
According to Missi, these experiences have been particularly valuable, as they have taught her a lot about herself and brought a large number of new friends.
– Every miss’s year is different, and this was my look, he says.
Unkuri especially advises the new Miss trio to live in the moment, and to go boldly towards their dreams.
