Winless Habib Nurmagomedov35, has been lured back to the UFC for a hefty sum, reveal another sports legend in his podcast Daniel Cormier.
According to Cormierier, the man who rose to the top of the freestyle fight from Dagestan, Russia, had told him that he had received an offer of 40 million dollars to return to the cage.
– To fight in the UFC, but I don’t know how many matches he meant. I don’t know what he meant. He just said I turned down the 40 million bro.
Nurmagomedov ended his career in October 2020 with a victory of Justin Gaethe. After the fight, he announced that he would leave the sport because he had promised his mother.
In professional fights, the UFC’s longest-standing lightweight champion had a dazzling 29–0 career record.
Nurmagomedov worked successfully as a coach for a few years, but left the sport completely at the beginning of 2023.
