In five years, the number of patients with scabies, commonly called scabies, has doubled. ‘De Standaard’ wrote this on Friday. To map the problem, Flemish Minister of Health Hilde Crevits (CD&V) has ordered a study from the Institute for Tropical Medicine (ITG). The results are expected in April 2025.
