The successful men’s shoe brand “Pius Gabor” continues to focus on sneakers and boots for the adult, fashion-conscious man. It is characterized by high-quality materials, the highest processing quality and a special wearing comfort. Functional features and materials such as Gore Tex, Super Flex soles or latex footbeds ensure maximum performance. Pius Gabor also attaches great importance to sustainability and mainly uses certified leather. The midsoles made entirely of recycled cork ensure excellent thermal insulation. The packaging is 100% free of plastic and fully recyclable. Pius Gabor is available in half English sizes from size 6 to 14 (equivalent to size 39 to 49.5).
The new A/W collection is characterized by the trend towards natural tones, sustainability and craftsmanship. Cozy slippers made from recycled wool are new. In addition, many sneakers and boots are based on urban hiking: urban street style with a tendency towards outdoor shoes. Life and nature become calmer in the cold months of the year, as do the colors and the design of the collection. Shaded gray and various shades of brown and blue are particularly important in A/W 22. The focus is on quality, timeless design and durability, also in terms of sustainability in order to conserve resources – slow fashion.

This year Pius Gabor is showing a wide variety of new models. The autumn and winter boots impress above all with their designs and functions. The choice consists of fashionable fashion boots and robust boots with special features. Gore-Tex ensures warm and dry feet even in cold, wet weather. High-tech soles with “Extra Grip” are particularly non-slip and therefore the perfect answer to icy roads or snow.

This season, sneakers remain an integral part of fashionably casual outfits for business and leisure. The different models enable a wide range of styling options. While sneakers made of smooth leather go well with the classic business look, shoes made of suede are sporty eye-catchers.
In A/W 22, particularly casual sneakers with wide cup soles stand out – monochrome designs with side zips combine elegance with sporty comfort.
colors and patterns
The color spectrum reflects autumn in all its facets: different shades of brown are reminiscent of autumn leaves and speak for closeness to nature and down-to-earthness. Light shades of sand, on the other hand, bring warmth and tranquility to the cold season. Dark blue and shaded gray are also the tones of the A/W collection. The color black, which is particularly expressive and classic, is on the rise again.
The colors are usually combined tone on tone and details are set in harmonious tones. The colors of the materials are partly picked up again in the soles.

Pius Gabor mainly uses certified leather from Portugal and Italy. The boots and sneakers are available in different lining variants: microfibre, wool lining and leather lining.
Soft smooth leather is elegant and durable at the same time. High-quality suede and nubuck leather underline the naturalness and are mixed with different materials or textiles, creating a casual / sporty look. Balloon silk in particular creates an exciting contrast to the robust leather.

Bottoms & Soles
In winter, too, we focus on the soles with concepts developed in-house, such as Super Flex and Extra Grip. Special TR mixtures with different Shore hardnesses lead to a completely new rolling behavior and give the wearer “extra grip” in a wide variety of ground conditions such as icy roads and snow. Floors with multi-component soles and transverse indentations make the shoes incredibly flexible and cushion at the same time and are called “Super Flex” at Pius Gabor and marked with their own hangtag. A new design here is a transparent sole in the rear area, which sets particularly sporty accents.
Gore-Tex
Gore-Tex membranes are used all year round at Pius Gabor and give the shoes permanent water resistance and breathability. This guarantees first-class wearing comfort, especially in wet and cold temperatures a warm and dry foot is important.
removable footbed
All Pius Gabor shoes have a removable footbed – this is hygienic, practical and comfortable. Very often, a special latex foam is used, which ensures optimal cushioning and high moisture absorption.
Cork layer in the Pius Gabor shoes
Under the insole is an additional cork layer. This was obtained from the remains of cork bark, which is used for bottle cork production. It ensures a pleasant, natural foot climate and is heat and cold insulating at the same time.
