Keeper Wine Vehviläinen25, is continuing his career in the Swedish SHL team in Brynäs, says the Swedish newspaper Aftonbladet on their website. According to the newspaper, Vehviläinen has agreed with Brynäs for next season.
Vehviläinen moved to Sweden for this season and defeated 45 matches in the regular season with a defeat percentage of 90.8. Brynäs finished 10th in the regular season and was eliminated in the first round of the playoffs.
According to Aftonbladet, Vehviläinen gets a fierce competitor. The magazine says that Brynäs has also signed a three-year contract with a Swedish goalkeeper Anders Lindbäck with. Lindbäck has played in the Jokers for the previous two seasons. In the NHL, Lindbäck has played 130 regular season games.
