The first center in Dallas Roope Hintz had played eight games in the tube without a goal when he arrived for Sunday’s day game in Washington’s home cave.
Gorilla fell off his shoulders right at the end of the opening round as Hintz escaped through Jason Robertson from the feed. The knuckle cupping in the back corner surprised Vítek Vaněčekin.

In the opening round, Hintz managed to darken Alexander Ovetshkin three times overwhelming with their overcoat play, but in the second round the trick was no longer successful.
When Yevgeny Kuznetsov took a start-up win of 100–0 from a Finn, Hintz no longer had time to disturb Ovetshkin, and the superstar overcame his trademark goal with superiority.
However, Hintz counteracted the setback in the same installment when he took Dallas to 3-1 with a superiority at the end of a handsome passing pattern. The goal was to get started Joe Pavelski and Tyler Seguin.
Heiskanen on the side
In the final round, the home team rose again to the end of the goal when Dmitri Orlov surprised Dallas with a foul Jake Oettinger. A heavy shot after blue sank to the base of the pole early in the final set.
Washington topped the entire third set, but the team failed to score a tie, even though it won as many as 14-2 shots. Hintz and Lindell in particular were Dallas creditors at the end of the match as the team defended their lead.
The win was extremely important to Dallas as the team chases the last playoff spot in the West. The star shirts are now just after the eighth-dwelling Vegas. The Knights have a couple more matches played than Dallas.
Miro Heiskanen was still sidelined from the Dallas lineup due to pus disease. Joel Kiviranta did not fit in the assembly.
