Horacio Llovet and Javier Krawicki, two Argentines with more than 20 years of experience in the world of human resources, decided to kick the board -and the comfort zone that their management positions in international companies gave them- and take a step towards adventure to create a video game, which in just 15 minutes allows to know the labor profile of people and their tendency to develop certain skills that will help them when looking for a job.
This is Nawaiam, a gamification tool that, in a video game environment, uses machine learning and data science to optimize the selection and hiring process, defining critical professional profiles and facilitating the decision task in an objective and bias-free manner. .
A job interview is usually an uncomfortable experience for its protagonists, with methods that do not allow you to really know who is on the other side of the counter.
For its part, the labor market, as it has been known for decades, has changed, and both large corporations and small businesses and their workers have had to adapt to new trends, letting in new players.
