The name of the Wimbledon men’s singles final is Nick Kyrgios and Novak Djokovic!

Novak Djokovic, who defeated Cameron Norrie 3-1 in Wimbledon, the third grand slam tennis tournament of the season, reached the final.

On the 11th day of the tournament held in the capital of England, London, the number 1 seeded Serbian Djokovic and the 9 seeded Great Britain’s Norrie faced each other in the semi-finals.

Djokovic, who lost the first set 6-2 in the match, which lasted 2 hours and 34 minutes, took the next sets 6-3, 6-2 and 6-4 and made his name in the final for the 8th time in the tournament.

The Serbian racquet, who has 20 grand slam titles in his career, will face world number 40 Australian Nick Kyrgios in the men’s singles final to be played on Sunday.

Djokovic, who got the final ticket for the 32nd time in grand slam tournaments, came to the top in this field, surpassing Swiss Roger Federer (31) and Spanish Rafael Nadal (30).

Djokovic, 35, who had his last loss at Wimbledon in 2017, has twice previously played against 27-year-old Kyrgios, who will play in the grand slam final for the first time in his career. The Australian tennis player left with 2-0 wins, both of whom were played on hard courts in 2017.

The women’s singles champion will be determined on Saturday, July 9, at the tournament. The final fight between 3rd seeded Tunisian Jabeur and 17th seeded Kazakh Rybakina will start at 16:00 CET.
