The muscular man told about his wild record weight: “Even sex was challenging then”

Akim Williams talked about his McDonald’s diet on the Generation Iron podcast.

McDonald’s jerks became familiar to Akim Williams in 2012. PDO

Bodybuilder Akim Williams told In an interview with Generation Ironthat he probably ate too little in the early days of his career because there wasn’t enough money for food.

In 2012, when the man’s coach worked Dave Palumbo, Williams ended up trying the McDonald’s diet. For a year, he ate only mountain safka.

– I ordered everything that was on the menu, Williams recalled with a laugh.

According to Williams, the body surprisingly did not accumulate too much fat during the challenge, because the training program was so intense.

– I was a good size, but I wasn’t fat, Williams assured.

However, he quit the McDonald’s diet because he realized that the diet was not ideal for long-term health. Today, according to the man, a similar diet would not be successful anyway, because the price of fast food has risen so much since 2012.

Williams also said that at best – or at worst – he is depressed off-season during 320 pounds, or about 145 kilograms. This was in 2016 or 2017.

There was so much mass at that time that it made even everyday life difficult. Williams didn’t feel comfortable anymore.

– Everything was challenging, even having sex was a challenge, Williams laughed.

Car accident

Williams was in a car accident in 2022. He injured his shoulder so badly that it required surgery.

Due to the injury, Williams has not competed this year, but it is planned to return to the competition stages next year.

The 39-year-old bundle of muscles has been considered the world’s strongest bodybuilder.
