A whimsical moment was seen at the San Diego Zoo in California as a cell phone dropped into a monkey pen began to interest its residents.
One of the monkeys tried several times to get a grip on the phone, however, dropping it repeatedly.

In the end, the grip was solid enough to hold the handset in his hand, and the monkey sought to examine the technical gossip that had appeared in his circle.
A similar case in Korkeasaari
In 2013, Korkeasaari experienced a similar moment when the Nokia Lumia phone fell into the enclosure of the Berber monkeys.
The monkeys took the phone into the toy and it eventually didn’t survive back to its owner as usable.
