A missing cock in Monday’s Diili episode leads to failure. BEWARE OF PLOT REVEALS!
Deal Monday’s episode features a heated discussion about the missing cock, bad preparations and wrong decisions. The team sounds discouraged in front of the management team, and Jaajo Linnonmaa, Toni Lähde and Amel Gaily listening to them almost in disbelief.
The management team calls for defense and proper explanations so that the opposing team does not get eaten alive.
First, there will be a discussion about the missing cock. The team has come up with the idea to engrave the Röykä Manor’s guests with their own mugs to take home. There are fifteen guests, but only fourteen people.
– How did this happen, Gaily asks.
The idea had been conceived on the fly and the firecrackers were acquired in such a hurry that the verification invoice had not been completed. The opposing team Joseph “Jose” Youssef immediately goes on the attack.
– All the procurement aspects were left unfinished, Youssef says.
Lähde wonders if there wasn’t a single one found anywhere. It turns out that Röykä’s manor would have received a kuksa, but a different size than the already acquired kuksa.
– Couldn’t one guest have been given a different sized cock, Gaily questions.
Linnonmaa makes sure that the visitors did not get their firepower and gets an affirmative answer from the team.
The management team is also surprised by the fact that it was decided to leave the hour originally reserved for the carving of the kuks without a replacement plan, and the guests were seated without a program for an hour.

“No terribly hard ideas”
Another team Jesse Landen praises his own team for how well they handled both procurement and preliminary preparations.
The spring immediately drops him to the surface of the earth.
– This is not going to be like that. Now, let’s play as if you had an incredibly great idea and were ready – and the rest of you didn’t. But from what I’ve seen from the side, neither of them have had terribly strong ideas. Pretty basic stuff.
Aini Mäensivu and Niklas Nukari immediately begin to review what they had done in the procurement team and how they had prepared their own team the day before the project managers and tasks suddenly changed upside down.
– Great! Welcome back to the fray. You haven’t been boned on the floor, Lähde rejoices.
– But it wasn’t clear in our heads what had to be done. We got a big bunch of flowers. We didn’t know what to do with them, so we decorated the windows with them, Youssef explains the lack of clarity and information gaps in project management.
The other contestants burst out laughing and Linnonmaa buries her face in her hands.
