Two men from New York wanted to enjoy Madonna’s concert. Now they have sued the icon because the show started late and they had to get up early the next morning.

According to the advance announcement, Madonna’s performance was supposed to start on December 13th at half past eight in the evening. However, Madonna didn’t take the stage at Barclays Center until around 10:45.
According to the lawsuit, the men had to face many difficulties: there was limited public transport, and there were hardly any shared rides. According to the challenge, it produced additional costs for the duo.
According to the challenge, the concert itself was not relaxing, as they had to get up early due to work or family obligations.
The duo claims that it was a breach of contract, as Madonna and the concert organizers knew about the situation in advance. According to them, the starting date was misleadingly advertised.
Fellows and Hadden filed the suit in court in Brooklyn on Wednesday.
