An explosion occurred in Lugansk near the trolleybus depot early in the morning on February 23. About it reported representation of the LPR in the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of the Ceasefire (JCCC).
“There has been another terrorist attack in Luhansk. At 04:15 an explosion occurred in the area of the trolleybus depot,” the report says.
On the photographs minor damage to the building, which is located in the radius of the explosion, is visible from the scene, no casualties were reported. Now operational services and law enforcement agencies are working there, the JCCC added.
