The Kremlin called Zelensky’s neutrality statement “new”

The statement of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky about his readiness to “talk with Russia” about the country’s neutral status and security guarantees needs to be analyzed. So the press secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov reacted to the speeches of the Ukrainian president, RBC correspondent reports.

“This is a new statement. We paid attention to it. Rather, it is a movement in the direction of the positive. Now we have to analyze it,” Peskov said.
