Bitter news from the training camp in Florida!
In the friendly against The Villages SC (7:1), Hertha star Chidera Ejuke (25) suffered a ligament injury in her right knee. The Nigerian will miss the start of the year in Bochum (January 21).

Ejuke was substituted on Sunday evening after a foul. On Monday, the Nigerian left the team hotel on crutches and drove to a nearby clinic with team doctor Hi-Un Park for further examinations. There, the doctors found the injury, which should be treated without surgery. Tuesday Ejuke travels to Berlin.
