Kinder pie

6 dl of sugar

5 dl wheat flour

2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar

4 teaspoons of baking powder

6 tablespoons of cocoa powder

3 dl of boiling water

300 g of butter

4 eggs

Buttercream:

150 g of butter

5 dl powdered sugar

4 teaspoons of vanilla sugar

Chocolate Frosting:

100 g Fazer blue

100 g of dark chocolate

Decorative stripes:

white chocolate

1. Mix all the dry ingredients together.

2. Add boiling water and melted butter.

3. Add the eggs.

4. Bake at 200 degrees for about half an hour.

5. Let the pie cool down properly.

6. Making the buttercream: Soften the butter with an electric mixer until soft. Add vanilla sugar. Mix the icing sugar into the butter little by little while whisking. If the cream feels too thick and it is difficult to spread it on the surface of the cake, you can soften the cream by heating it carefully in the microwave at low heat. Add the buttercream on top of the cake and spread evenly. Put the pie in the fridge for a while until the buttercream has hardened.

7. Making the frosting: Melt the chocolates and let the frosting cool for a while before adding it to the buttercream. Put the pie in the fridge to harden the frosting.

8. Decorate the pie with melted white chocolate, for example make stripes.
