The Barcelona prison judge Beatriz García-Valdecasas has left without effect this Thursday the arrest and imprisonment of Éric CT G, 40 years old and resident in the Barcelona neighborhood of Horta-Guinardó, accused of the dissemination through the internet of the image of the victim of La Manada de Pamplona. This resident of Horta-Guinardó, a mechanic by profession, is facing a request from the prosecutor for two and a half years in prison for a crime against moral integrity in conjunction with another for revealing secrets. The accusations demand three years in prison.. The victim was expected to testify via videoconference.
The prosecution maintains that the accused published the images and data of the victim of the gang rape that occurred in the Sanfermines of 2016 on a web page.
