The Huntu documentary tells about Finnish occultism

The first documentary about Finnish occultism collects crowdfunding for marketing at Mesenaati.

Veil is the first documentary about the history, new wave and current situation of Finnish occultism.

The upcoming documentary tells about the arrival of occult movements in Finland in the 19th century and their influence on Finnish artists of the golden age of art.

They were influenced by, among other things Jean Sibelius, Akseli Gallen-Kallela, Eino Leino and Hugo Simberg.

The film also deals with the current situation of the subject.

Numerous Finnish occult experts have been interviewed for the Huntu documentary. Among them as examples, among others AW as Yrja, Kauko Röhkä, Maria Pettersson and Matti Routaniemi.

The two-hour documentary was produced by Torni Filmi Oy and Rikhard Larvanto.

According to the creators, Huntu has been produced up until now with the creators’ own money and hard work, but now the project is asking viewers for help with the advertising and marketing budget.

The documentary project collects funds through crowdfunding In Mesenate.
