The HJK European League match schedule has been published

HJK opens the Europa League with a home game.

HJK’s campaign in the Europa League group stage begins against Real Betis at home on Thursday, September 8.

The program is tough, because the very next week Toni Koskelan the group travels to Rome to take measurements José Mourinho’s ordered from AS Roma.

After the preliminaries of the group, HJK has one of the most important matches of the fall ahead of them, when the Bulgarian Ludogorets arrives at the Bolt Arena on October 6. Basically, it is a battle from which the people of Helsinki have to get a result, considering the third place in the group.

In the fourth round of matches on October 13, the Club will visit the village of Ludogorets.

Mourinho said before the draw that he does not hope Roma will end up on Helsinki’s artificial turf in November. That won’t happen, but the timing of the match is unlikely to please the Portuguese. HJK hosts Roma on October 27th.

The group stage will conclude with a visit to Betis’ home stadium, Benito Villamarín, on November 3.

There are eight groups of four teams in the Europa League, the winners of which go directly to the top 16. The group runners-up are fighting each other for survival in the quarterfinals. The bet is also on surviving the group stage, because that way the European games continue in the playoff phase of the conference league.
