P.artisans, scientists, artists, activists, pirates, witches, saints, musicians. Incisive protagonists of their time, however, remained unknown, or forgotten … But now – on the initiative of iO Donna e Corriere della Sera – a series of books – The History of Women – does them justice.
Stories of courage, talent and strength in difficult contexts, amidst prohibitions, abuses and humiliations, they will be brought under the magnifying glass at 360 degrees and offered to the reader’s reflection, in a world that tends to forget everything too quickly. Because without the decisive contribution of unrecognized heroines there would have been no evolutions / revolutions.
Appointment on newsstands Saturday 27 August with The ingenuity of Minervadedicated to female scientists from ancient times to today. The first release will be free; for the following ones, always on Saturdays, the cost will be 6.90 euros + the price of the daily and weekly newspaper.
