In the trial of former married couple Johnny Depp and Amber Heard, it is time to hear Heard.

Ex-couple, actors Johnny Deppin58, and Amber Heardin36, in a high-profile trial, it’s Heard’s turn.
“I’m fighting to find words to describe how painful this is,” Heard said at the beginning of his testimony.
“It’s terrible for me to sit here for weeks and go through it all over again,” he added.
At the beginning of his testimony, Heard described, among other things, the couple’s intense love affection as a sign of work.
He then recounted the first time Depp said he hit him.
– I’ll never forget it. It changed my life, Heard said.
Heard says he believed Depp took the cocaine from a nearby jar. The couple sat together on the couch as Heard asked Depp about the tattoo on his arm.
Depp had replied that the tattoo reads ‘drunk’.
– I laughed because I thought he was joking. And he hit me in the face, Heard said with tears.
Heard said he laughed again confused because he didn’t know what to do.
– I didn’t know what was going on. I just stared at him, Heard said.
Depp had hit twice more, according to Heard. After that, Heard tried to get out, he said.
– I knew I had to leave him. It broke my heart, I didn’t want to leave him. I wish I could have gotten up, walked out, pulled the boundaries and defended myself, Heard said.
Heard said Depp had apologized on his knees. After Heard left, Depp had promised many more times that he would never be violent again.
Heard said he believed Depp, but Depp’s violence had continued. The couple’s quarrels could escalate quickly.
Depp is demanding $ 50 million in defamation from Heard for a newspaper article that Heard wrote in the Washington Post in 2018. In the case, Heard described the intimate partner violence he experienced, but did not name Depp.
However, according to Depp, he lost significant jobs due to the article.
Heard is demanding $ 100 million from Depp.
Heard’s testimony continues.
To date, evidence of an ex-couple’s tumultuous relationship, including Depp’s testimony, has been heard in court. He claims to have never beaten a woman and accuses Heard of indifference.
Both have denied each other’s claims.
Heard and Depp met in 2009 and were married in 2015-2016.
