Joseph Stalin did a lot for the development of industry during the years of the USSR, said the Minister of Industry and Trade of Russia Denis Manturov during the “Government Hour” in the State Duma, broadcast led channel “Duma TV”.

During the meeting of the Duma, the deputy from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, Vyacheslav Markhaev, reminded the parliamentarians that December 21 marks the birthday of Joseph Stalin. He stated that his rule made the Soviet Union “the most industrially developed country.”
