Refugees from the self-proclaimed DPR and LPR are ready to receive 26 Russian regions. This was stated by the acting head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia Alexander Chupriyan, RBC-Rostov reports.
“Currently, 26 regions have sent us lists that they are ready,” Chupriyan said.
According to him, Russian Railways is ready to deliver refugees to other regions, in addition to the Rostov region.

On February 18, the authorities of the self-proclaimed republics of Donbass began to evacuate civilians from their territory to the Russian regions due to the aggravation of the situation in Ukraine. The first refugees from the DPR and LPR arrived in the Rostov region, and temporary accommodation centers were organized for them. In addition, the Russian authorities allocated 5 billion rubles to help visitors to the region. They will be paid 10 thousand rubles each. by order of the president.
