The Golovinsky District Court of Moscow arrested the acting general director of an enterprise subordinate to the Ministry of Energy, reported at the press center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
He is involved in the case of fraud for 25 million rubles. Law enforcement agencies did not release the name of the suspect. Earlier, Kommersant wrote that he was the general director of the Federal Energy Service Company (FSUE FESKO) subordinate to the Ministry of Energy, Nikolai Myagkikh.

According to the publication, he was involved in a scheme for the sale of cars of the departmental fleet: using a fictitious assessment, the price of cars was underestimated by 90%, and they were sold at a real price. Myagkikh denies his guilt.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, we are talking about forged documents about the need for repair work on more than 185 vehicles located in 24 regions of Russia.
