Director pulp pays homage to the Italian director even with the soundtrack of Ennio Morricone who returns to work in a western.
The Hateful Eight: the plot
Bounty hunter John Ruth (Kurt Russell) absolutely must bring the murderess Daisy Domergue (Jennifer Jason Leigh) which is worth 10 thousand dollars. Four other men who form the so-called “eight” (eight) of the title stop in the store. Here Morricone returns to the western genre after signing the friend’s masterpieces of Sergio Leone and wins the Oscar beating fellow award-winning John Williams.
