Construction, both new construction and renovation, is no longer groaning under overfull order books. According to a survey by construction federation Embuild, two in three construction entrepreneurs expect things to get even worse next year. “We are no longer overwhelmed with orders. You have to keep proving yourself. The falling demand has woken up the sector.”
